ABOUT
Amy Bass is a Manchester-born architectural designer, illustrator and content creator based between London and New York, where she is currently pursuing a Master of Architecture at Parsons School of Design, The New School. A Fulbright Scholar and former Foster + Partners designer, she previously studied at The Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL, and combines architecture, storytelling and hand-drawn illustration to create meaningful, one-of-a-kind artworks. Her work has been featured by The Architect's Newspaper in the United States, she was longlisted for the World Illustration Awards, and has created commissioned illustrations for private and high-profile clients.
Alongside her design practice, Amy has built an audience of more than 100,000 people on Instagram, where she shares architecture, cities and design through humour, storytelling and hand-drawn illustrations. Her accessible approach aims to make architecture engaging for a wider audience, encouraging people to look more closely at the spaces they inhabit every day.

Combining years of architectural training with detailed hand illustration, every commission is thoughtfully crafted from your memories, milestones and meaningful places. The result is a deeply personal artwork designed to become a lasting heirloom, treasured by families for generations.
Each illustration is individually hand-signed and numbered as part of the Floors of Your Life collection. As every artwork is highly time consuming, only a limited number of commissions are accepted each year, making every piece a rare and truly personal addition to the collection.
