Stripped Sheets
‘Stripped Sheets’ is an ongoing travel photography project, spanning five continents.
Using hanging laundry to ‘strip back the facade’, residents discuss stories from their washing line, offering insights into their daily habits, cultural background and unique stories from their tapestries and clothes.
The project aims to investigate how methods and places for cleaning their clothes have changed over time: from communal laundry rooms within social housing blocks to individualised domestic spaces.
